"Fantastic boutique hotel"

We were 6 people for 8 nights. Location was fantastic, very quiet street, clean and large rooms. Stuff was warm and kind, speaks Enghlish and Russian fluently. Each request we had, they helped us with a smile and quickly. Breackfast was very delicious, everyone will find what to eat- very various. We had massage treatment - highly recommended! Fantastic boutique hotel!!! Highly recommended.

"Great hotel with incredibly helpful staff"

We arrived at 4.45 am to discover that there had been a mix up with our travel operator and no room had been reserved for us. The member of staff on duty was incredibly helpful and organised for us to stay in the only room available, even though this was an upgrade to what we had booked. We were allowed to keep the room for the remainder of our stay so that we did not have to move again. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with efficient air conditioning. The breakfast each morning was extensive and the roof top bar was a great place to sit and chill out at the end of the day. The location proved to be excellent, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again if we return to Tashkent.

Clean and comfortable

Lack of empathy from staff at 3.00am on arrival telling me I didn’t have a reservation when I had paid for room. It was 3.45am before I was finally able to get into room.

Good hotel near the city center. All you need is here: cafes and restaurants, markets and entertainments. Good quality of service and personal experience. Easy to get and find. Rooms are clear and the restaurant dishes are very nice. One of the best variant in the city.
