refused to refund my money the place is unsafe to stay the is no elevator to assist people to the second floor. DO NOT STAY THERE

Place was dirty, cockroach in bathtub, had to check right out as no way I could sleep in the dirty bed and be around all the dirt. Unfortunately, I ended up losing money as they kept one day still instead of fully refunding my money. I was not happy at all.
