Cleanness and the staff

Need for tea items in the room though if u request it is supplied promptly

Good staff, very clean, good restaurant and perfect location. If I come back I would definitely stay this hotel/apartment.

I liked one staff member (skinny tall guy ). I forgot his name he worked in the reception at the late night shift when I checked in very welcoming and cooperative. I even extended my stay at the hotel because of him.

The lady who worked at the morning shift in the reception was very uptight, tough looking not easy to deal with , and she better work at the military, not a tourist hotel. Also the windows of the balcony needs to be fixed because the mosquitos keep entering the rooms if not fully closed that's means you can't enjoy the freash air only leave the air-conditioning turned on all the time.

Loud band on Saturday evening until past 10.00pm. Blocked bathroom drainage

Excellent facility with a wonderful inner courtyard for eating or relaxing. Good food, good service, a nice big room - this is clearly a management focused on delivering a quality product.
