Madras Hotel and Apartments

The location was ok, with shops to buy essentials around. The breakfast wasn’t fantastic. I had expected something continental, considering that the hotel had an idea of the diversity of their guests, but it fell short, as we were offered food that could best be termed local. Then there was really no variety. The front desk staff were nice and helpful, especially Serge, Gervois and Joisleen. The dining staff who attended to us at breakfast were very good and helpful too.

I wasn’t particularly excited about the breakfast spread. I think it should be improved, with more continental meals offered to guests. Also a better variety can boost the spread.

The breakfast was good, cleanliness was up to the mark

The washroom didn't have an exhaust fan so it kept stinking. The toiletries were not kept by cleaning staff. They had to remind every evening.

The staff is wonderful. The property is very clean. We felt at home.

The breakfast could be better. I was missing pancakes or waffles. The African Tea is not great.

Phenomenal amenities, fantastic hospitality!

It was quiet, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were super clean and bed was very comfortable. Facilities on site were great, including the breakfast that was included

The apartment hotel is the best of both worlds as all hotel services remain available. Great staff, lovely modern finishes and delicious breakfast.

Exceptionally clean and Modern, the breakfast was consistent with a lot of variety. The staff were kind and non intrusive. Josiane at the front desk was always ready to help. They rooms are cleaned everyday. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place in Kigali. They exceeded my expectations indeed. 👌

Nothing at all, .... but they could make a small swimming pool to add more value to the already very beautiful place.
