Modern and clean apartment, good value for money and good location next to tram stop

Nice and cozy, perfect location

Really nice location: close to bus stops and tram stop. Really close to a shopping centre for groceries (+/- 15 minutes walk) and a stones throw away from a couple of good take-aways. About 30 minutes by tram from city centre. The people communicating with us via Booking were really responsive and took the time to listen.

1. The doorhandle has a code to enter and is really fidely to unlock. 2. Building makes some effort to be handicap friendly, but is not a 100% accessible (e.g. random couple of steps in the hallway, doors that are wide enough for crutches/wheelchair but won't stay open/close by themselves). 3. The helpline wasn't really helpful: when I had called concerning the front door, the person on the line hung up on me... 4. When I told them we had no towel for the dishes in the morning, we came home in the evening to find that someone had entered the appartment while we were away!

It was clean and quiet with great transport links. There was enough cups/plates in the kitchen etc.

The door was a bit difficult to operate but the staff on the end of the phone were helpful about this! The hoover didn’t work and there was no dustpan and brush! I paid a 150 security deposit so I am hoping this does not against me!!
