The Interchange - 2-Bed - Brand New - Central

The apartment has potential but it needs a very very good clean!

The walls were splashed with coffee or/and dirty, the bathroom had mold on the bathtub walls, the toilet paper had mold as well. The toaster and the kettle haven’t been cleaned in a while, the fridge smelled, the bed sheets were dirty, light in the bathroom was flickering. The flush button from the toilet came out from the wall.

The location , the apartment in general

There is no fan or AC The shower needs fixation, leaking, and weak stream

Location was great. Tram and bus stopped right outside door. Short walk to amenities.

Nice location and everything in the property was good.

The lack of a food bin / food bags meant disposing of food was more difficult.

The property is clean and Morden, everything was up to T.

Quiet a few things where missing like a broom and a mop since we couldn’t use the vacuum most of the times.

- had everything we needed for the weekend - easy access using door lock code

how noisy upstairs is, was kept up until 330/4am the Saturday night due to how loud they were, wasn’t fun. This was above the front bedroom of the property. No parking near the property and rats in the external bins.
