The Interchange - 2-Bed - Brand New - Central

The place was very cozy and modern. It made you feel right at home and It was very close to the tram stop.

There were a few things damaged, and some areas had been overlooked by the cleaners.

We liked the property a lot. It was modern and clean. It had good WiFi and everything we needed. The location was very convenient. We found it very warm inside and could not let the windows open due to being on ground floor next to a busy road but this is personal and wouldn’t bother everyone.

The only nuisance was that there was no parking available even though there was plenty of free spaces at the rear of the property. I would stay there again. Had to locate local paid parking on street

Good location, walking distance from media city and a 15 minute taxi into centre of Manchester. Clean apartment, nice and modern, we messaged the host letting them know there was no hairdryer and they where round within an hour with one

Very basic utensils, states there would be shampoo conditioner and body wash, we only got conditioner and body lotion. There is a hoover but it doesn’t work and there is no charger for it. We smashed a glass and there wasn’t even a dustpan and brush for us to clean it up. There is a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Overall apartment is absolutely fine but just could have a bit more attention to detail to make the stay better, a dishwasher tablet, a cloth to wipe down the sides, a dustpan and brush, shampoo, some more pots / pans. Even some fresh milk and olive oil would be a nice added extra! But for a short stay it is fine and we enjoyed our stay

I understand that the guest portal has details on car park, but it’s not conspicuous enough. I had to keep clicking to find it. Naturally, anyone who has paid for a place may assume they can park in the car park. After staying there for days, I received a ticket on my car on the 5th day when I was to checkout. I couldn’t have possibly known that the car park was owned by a different company. This should be included in the email sent to us!! My guests and I had to pay so much money.

It is a new building. It was decently priced. Great location! Loved the stay! The place was spacious for all of us.

The door lock was very fancy. So we were confused about how to unlock it. Maybe if the team can share pictures along with the instructions, that would be more helpful.

The apartment was really lovely. We liked the easy access to Wi Fi, getting access was easy, the apartment was well equipped; although it was close to the road, it was well sound proofed.

The only negative is that there is no onsite parking, There was also a small leak in the bathroom, but this did not really effect our enjoyment and it was dealt with quickly.
