Really clean and modern - staff were very friendly - READ THE GUIDANCE! There’s a very modern digital access code and keyless door. We completely ignored the instructions so had to call up- totally our fault and the team were great Flat is very tidy and functionable

No parking It’s very warm!

The location is fantastic, everything is just a short stroll away. The apartment was clean, modern and and spacious. The bedrooms are excellent.

No parking available at the property. The company we booked with started that we could use the car park behind the building for drop offs which we did. But as we were sorting out our luggage to take to the apartment we got a notice stating that we will be getting a parking ticket because we parked there. We were travelling with a baby and if you didn’t know travelling with a baby means extra luggage. The thing that I don’t understand is that they saw that after we got our luggage out of the car within minutes we went to park the car somewhere else. Surely they saw the whole thing on cctv but they rushed to the car to put the notice on the car anyway. I would call this racketeering. Please Staycation this is unacceptable I would like this to be sorted as as possible. I could understand if I just stayed in the car park and didn’t move the car but please check the cctv and find out. Thank you

I liked the view from the room and being able to see the tall building in Manchester as we was on floor 3.

The property needs a good lick of paint, as scuffs and marks all over the walls. There was stains on the beddings as-if someone has slept in there. The bin in the bathroom had not being emptied dirty cotton buds and a vape still in the bin! imagine if I had a little 1-2 year old walking around? The kitchen bin was broken and the chairs had burn marks on there. I didn’t manage to get a photo of the bedroom I did get a snippet of a video
