Helpful staff. Clean property.

It’s a weird place-a former boarding school-but gets the job done at a good price.

The walls were thin and it was pretty loud. The front desk was unmanned when we got there and we had to call which was rough when coming from abroad with phones. The breakfast was good. The location was convenient. The rooms were pretty sparse like a dorm room.

Old school dorm transformed into a hotel with common bath/showers. No frills, good for group of youngsters.

Way too expensive for the amenities and condition of the rooms.

Large room for sleeping. 5 minute drive from skogafoss. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Relaxing

Simple room in a great location for visiting the south coast and several waterfalls. Family room was perfect for family of 4 and breakfast was a great addition. Room had 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds (so could sleep 6) and a table and chairs - nice big space. It would have been nice to have a sink in the room but the shared bathroom was close by. Interesting location as it was a former boarding school. Cheaper than many other places in the area and worked for our needs.

Was a great concept and was really clean

Great accommodations, clean establishment, TOTAL BLACKOUT curtains (a must for the summer months), plenty of parking. As a family of 5, we were very comfortable! Be advised: no kitchen, thin walls.
