Roca Verde by Folias Hotels - Playa del Inglés

I had great time in this apartment with my friends during our 10 days. Very clean, and not noisy. Just 30m away from the beach! I definitely would like to stay there again!

bed was very hard

The room had plenty of equipment for self catering. The beds were very uncomfortable. The cleaning needs to be improved. The stairs are not swept and the public toilets were not cleaned during my whole stay.

Room are functional, has everything you need, beds comfortable. Great location. For the price it is excellent value for money. Only downside but niggly was the outside seating on small terrace and not private as we stayed on ground floor.

The best value for money property in Playa del Ingles. Great location, fantastically maintained and everything you need in a room. I locked myself out of the room and the staff went to great lengths to solve the problem for me. Fantastic service

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Vorallem die Betten waren sehr gut. Das Gebäude ist jedoch sehr hellhörig, was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat. Ohrenstöpsel sollte man aber dennoch einpacken wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat :)

It was good for the money - I went for Pride and was given the worst room - ground floor with a view of reception but you get what you pay for

Great location, only couple of minutes walk to the sea front. The kitchen could do with some updating and wifi wasn’t fast but overall good value for money and nice staff.

Hotel was quite ok, it was clean but not fancy anymore. Hotel staff did not all speak English so commication was a bit challenging but they were friendly!

Nice pools and no fighting for a sunbed well positioned was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go
