Location was great room was clean and staff very helpful

parking before we arrived i was told to use Evology parking which i did and set up autopay to cover parking, on arrival at hotel followed signs and parked up, went to reception to check in and was told that they don't use that so they added it to bill , the downside is even though we were there for 2 nights you have to paid each day once we went to the room the tv was on on there channel and it clearly say have a car? we have limited parking on site for up to 25 cars which operates on a first come first serve basis .Please pre-pay the parking via the Evology parking. the crew will be happy to help if car park is full so this is confusing went to reception I had taken a pitcure of the tv screen showed that the reception and there reply was that must be old , so my question is it can't be old as it was on the booking and now i'm trying to get my money back for an app i didn't use which i was told i needed

Such a friendly and well thought through hotel, communal spaces which are relaxed and encourage conversation if you want that. Breakfast excellent.

Room was really comfortable, location suited us well, staff were lovely. Shower was great.

The sticky tables in the bar/ breakfast area.

Breakfast was excellent. The free cocktail was a nice touch. The rooms were quite nice .

Staff were unhelpful at times in terms of the information they gave us: they told us there was free parking at 6 pm outside, but it wasn't, it was a 24hr charge zone. People in our group received parking fines as a result. Lastly, the beds were a bit difficult to sleep in as the pillows were too firm, and so was the mattress.
