The location and it was modern and clean

Had to go to an ironing room and bathrooms are very small for the amount you pay

Bedrooms are clean

We hired a meeting room - for 7 people. Explicitly stating that it was for 7 members of staff and double checking it was sufficient. When we got there they showed us the room with one table and 4 chairs that was full. Very small. We squeezed in for our meeting but as it was a full day meeting it really impacted our ability to work. No room for all the laptops or refreshments to fit. Very hot!! would not recommend this hotel for business meetings unless there really is just a couple of you. The complaint was really just dismissed. Very poor service.

I wish hotels would offer teaspoons instead of those wooden sticks.
