"Moxy are inconsiderate in an emergency"

My friend and I reserved with Moxy. Unfortunately, our plans are cancelled, as she cannot travel after major surgery. Moxy refused to cancel the reservation, at full price. Whilst we expected to pay something, said booking should come with an adjustment given the medical situation. Circumstances as these should negate the fee. Moxy can apologise for my friend's situation, but won't consider any alternative solutions, Inc changing the booking? #Inconsiderate

this is a great hotel. funky and fun. staff are excellent. plenty of nice hot water - i don't like tepid which you get in some hotels. air con in all the rooms.

the curtains in the room were part broken. they did the job but the mechanism for opening and closing didn't work properly and the curtain was hanging off a bit on one corner

I travelled for work and the moxy was brilliantly located, a short walk from where I needed to be. The room was really comfortable and facilities were great.
