Short walk from central station. Clean and well equipped. Great for a one night stopover

There was an LED light strip on the bed base which made the room very bright when all the other lights were turned off, making it difficult for me to get to sleep. After a while it turned itself off but there was no way to switch it off beforehand.

Wir hatten für drei Personen reserviert. Das dritte Bett war nicht gemacht.

"vile place stinks of cooking oil avoid"

hideous smelly hotel - woke me up 4am fire alarm false alarm promised a refund and i never got it - stinks of cooking oil its in the air just gross, awful breakfast as well stale breads bland cold yuk

"Good for a work over stay has it all"

Communication good before arrival In budget for a work night and breakfast Staff really friendly and helpful, good atmosphere Room had everything I needed and was really clean throughout Downstairs area was good if you wanted to sit out of your room 10 min walk from shopping centre 10 mins from unity place/train station

The free cocktail wasn't my bag as it was premade with gin (not my thing)/no choice to have something else, but nice touch for those that like it There is no decaf coffee in the machine for breakfast. Do love a bean coffee, found Bogato Coffee next door, which was great !

"Terrible hotel all round - stinks of chip fat & woken by fire alarm 4am no apology/refund"

Hideous experience, the hotel stinks of burning oil and you can smell it in your sleep, breakfast is terrible and was woken up by a fire alarm (false alarm) 4am freezing cold standing around - no staff present or organising things - very unprofessional - could not get back to sleep lost a whole days work as a freelancer the day after - was promised a refund by booking.com who lied about it (despite me having evidence of promised refund) then took it up with hotel who also denied me the refund, would never stay here again or at a moxy - the worst customer service and experience

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable

The sensor light under the bed was annoying. The remote control didn’t work very well on several functions ie to see how to control the temperature.
