Le Meridien Maldives Resort & Spa

Perfect food, staff, activities. We had a perfect honeymoon at Le Meridien and would absolutely recommand this place ! Thank you to Ali for his kindness and reactivity!

The location was perfect. Everything about this place is magical. We rented the bicycles and used them as our transportation and to explore the island. I highly recommend using them during your stay. Our room was most perfect. We had the sunset view. Mornings with coffee in bed was the best way to start our day. Maadh was our main contact during our stay. He was amazing and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious. Most veggies are grown at the green house on the property. We definitely want to come back and stay again. I highly recommend using the resort to book your seaplane. Everything you need is on the Marriott app.

Our first time to Maldives and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Le Meridien resort. It is a very beautiful all-natural island. The team of staff is very hospitable - everyone is so friendly and helpful which makes our stay an excellent one. The resort has several restaurants that serve different cuisine, so every meal is different and the food is great!

Первый раз на Мальдивах, ожидания оправдались. Совершенно великолепный персонал, все очень позитивны и рады оказать помощь в любом пожелании. Мне не хватало, извините за подробности, зубной нити, о чем я написал менеджеру, Khan Azad. И что бы вы думали - на мой вопрос на следующий день он сообщил, что мой запрос ПРИЛЕТИТ ПОСЛЕДНИМ САМОЛЕТОМ ИЗ СТОЛИЦЫ!!! Вуаля и я получил запрашиваемое. Азад просто супер, лучший перс менеджер, с кем я сталкивался в отелях. Отдельного упоминания заслуживает служба в ресторане. Мауч, официант, говорящий по-русски, не просто удивил, он нас влюбил в себя навсегда. Ждем в гости в Сургут или в мск. На входе, управляющая рассадкой девушка, просто ангел. Ресепшен хорош. И по-русски и по английски, на все вопросы получили и ответ и советы. ВСЕМ СПАСИБО! Это был наш лучший отпуск. Пишу по-русски, так богаче, перевод приложу))) Мальдивы, в лице Ле Меридиан нас сразили и влюбили в себя. (Мой топ - Таиланд) Обязательно вернемся!!!

Принуждайте поснорклить всех в начале отпуска! Это откроет глаза! Очень дорог перелет внутри Мальдив, отель мог бы взять на себя расходы… Анимируйте вечерами - не хватало движухи!!! Очень дорого морские прогулки и рыбалки…

Perfect stay in an amazing resort! Definitely worth visiting! Can’t wait to come back already. First things first I would like to thank everyone for making our stay incredible, I visited Maldives more than a dozen times and what definitely stands out in Le Meridien is hospitality - a 10/10 - the attention to every guest is splendid, thank you guys. We were a group of 11 people of different ages and all enjoyed the resort very much. We were on an all-inclusive plan and this was very much worth it! VILLA: We stayed in the overwater villa - the room is amazing: spacious, clean, with an amazing walk-in wardrobe, incredible bathroom and most importantly a great spacious terrace. You can snorkel directly from the villa and this is probably the best place on the island to snorkel. FOOD & BEVERAGE: Amazing! We visited all the restaurants a few times and in our 10 days we did not manage to try everything - great food choice, delicious fish, huge breakfast selection, different cuisines to try for lunch and dinner. The Japanese restaurant is delicious - we went there twice and absolutely loved it! Special thanks to Erma, Mauch, Nasheeth from the buffet & Akbar from Veela restaurant! You guys are superb 🫶🏼 Wines and cocktails selection is amazing on an all inclusive plan. THE ISLAND: The island is green and natural AND there are no mosquitos which is amazing for such a large island! The pool area is where we spent a lot of time - special thanks to Symon how made us feel like at home and always helped with every little request! 😊 The island is quite big, walking is enjoyable but you can always get a buggy if needed. The beaches are clean, well looked after! ACTIVITIES: Going to start with a huge thank you to Mifu and Abdulla who took us on a fishing trip we ended up going twice because it is SO FUN and SO WORTH IT! Mifu and Abdulla are super fun, great at fishing, they brought us to the best spots where we caught all kinds of fishes including yellowfin tuna! Absolutely a must do! It’s hard to say what we didn’t try doing on the island: jet ski, all kinds of water sports - super fun especially for those people who are concerned that Maldives isn’t a fun destination! Spa was amazing, especially if you get a sunburn… And a huge thanks to the island artist whose masterclass we attended and without any skills developed actual artwork worth showing others!!! REEF: This is the primary reason why I visit Maldives. This resort has turtles, different kinds of rays, fishes but lacks coral reef itself in a reachable destination. However, their marine team is working on restoration so I’m sure in a couple of years it will be a lot more colourful in the house reef! We went on a snorkelling excursion which was very much worth it! Overall, I truly enjoyed and recommend this hotel to groups, couples, families - absolutely adorable and people working there are just the loveliest!!! Thanks so much everyone for making this trip special and unforgettable, I will definitely be coming back and I will absolutely be recommending it to friends! Can’t wait to be back 🤍🤍

Le Meridien trip We have just returned from our second trip at Le Meridien and have had an amazing time. The island is simply stunning and the whole team cannot do enough to make your trip wonderful. We were travelling with our Baby who had allergies and even before we arrived the communication and assurance from the team regarding his allergies was brilliant. Once we arrived the chef personally introduced himself and made sure that my son and I ate well despite the allergies. The food and restaurants are amazing and every meal was 10/10. We stayed on an AI basis and the choice is very good and all food is fresh. My elder Son loved the Kids Club and regularly asked to go. Sandy and Reesha were so friendly and put on a wide range of fun activities for the kids. He loved mocktail making and the camping activity as well as bracelet making. The club itself has a good selection of toys and plenty of space for kids to burn off their energy. We stayed in a two bed beach villa with a private pool which was just perfect for the four of us. We loved having a private pool and a short walk way to our private stretch of the ocean. Last time we stayed we had a water villa which I personally prefer as I think being on the ocean is magic however we chose a beach villa cat this time due to travelling with a crawling baby. All of the restaurant teams were amazing and went out of their way to make the children and us feel special! I can’t name everyone but at each restaurant everyone greeted us by name, knew our requests and allergies and just generally were very lovely and ensured each meal was special. During our stay we took the sunset dolphin cruise which was great and we were lucky to spot many dolphins and have them swim alongside the boat. It all feels like a dream and we are very much hoping we can come back for a third visit in a couple of years. Hospitality: During our stay at Le Meridien Maldives, the service staff truly went above and beyond, making our experience unforgettable. Abby, Mauche, Leeko, Faith at Rivieras and Chef Nikki deserve special recognition for their exceptional care and hospitality. Chef Nikki made us specialty Filipino lunches that were not only delicious but also deeply comforting—it felt like being back home, thousands of miles away. The thoughtful and authentic flavors brought such warmth to our trip, and we are so grateful for that special touch. Abby, Leeko and Mauche from breakfast at Turquoise were incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The dive shop, Vanz and the team also impressed us by going the extra mile, even fixing our sunscreen when the bottle broke and to the house keeping who promptly brought us calamine lotion when we needed it. These small but thoughtful gestures made us feel incredibly cared for. Their kindness and willingness to help with the smallest things made us feel so valued. Food: We opted for the full board option, 3 courses. The food was incredible with big servings! I suggest ordering half servings to eliminate wasting food. The breakfast buffet was 5 stars, so many options and we were left full and happy every morning. We still reminisce about the breakfast buffet and the staffs greetings every morning. Buggy’s: the buggy’s and the whats app service was impeccable, they were on time and if not quite early. Medical: The only down part of our stay was the sand flies and the lack of urgency with our medical needs due to the bites and cut on my foot. We visited the island with a couple of friends who worked for the chain hotel and we couldn’t voice our opinion due to potential backlash. Basically our bungalow had shards of broken glass that was left by housekeeping and I stepped on it. To put it lightly we were snubbed and not taken care of efficiently. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Le Meridien Maldives is lucky to have such an incredible staff! Service was impeccable and we will always remember how amazing we were treated.
