The room was absolutely outstanding—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Every detail reflected thoughtful planning, from the cozy bedding to the well-organized amenities. The ambiance was calm and inviting, making it perfect for relaxation after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others.

The location was good- outskirts of main Dharamshala Rooms were decent - a little small but there was a balcony for ventilation Cafe at top of the hotel was really Good Staff at the Hotel was very nice

Nothing much to mention

Lot of miscommunication amongst staff members didn't like their attitude either Rude and didn't have any variety in breakfast it was just for namesake Overall below average
