What could have been a good stay got bad because of real unprofessional behavior of the manager Ashu. We were told in advance about the buffet and the variety served, however when we reached for breakfast we were told the buffet isn’t open as a lot of guests had checked out which is reasonable. However, when we asked about the items available the no. Of varieties were not available as opposed to what we were told the day before when we wanted to book the property. Even a basic thing like hot coffee wasn’t available and was kept as a chargeable item. Of course we were disappointed so the server arranged a call with the manager Ashu and he started asking the name under which the room had been booked and his immediate response was you booked the room for rs. 2200 so you can’t expect to have a full fledged buffet. Of course my expectation was never a full blown buffet but at least a little thing like hot coffee can’t be missed from complimentary breakfast service or atleast prepare thing like a parantha which is a staple breakfast and could have been arranged and prepared adhoc. The response from Ashu made me feel I made the wrong decision of booking the property at a price which was available on booking.com as well as directly through Treebo. As if I should feel privileged of booking the property at the said price. Of course, the property and the room wasn’t any way a single penny above what I paid for the room, given it’s a little far from the main city of Dharamshala and also the amenities offered were just basic and nothing extraordinary. Top of that construction work was on in the property so there was constant noise most part of the day. People like Ashu are a great example of people you should not have at your property as they are classic example of how unprofessional you are. On the other hand we got to speak to mr. Vivek who was not only really professional and was very helpful and nice to us as well

We had a perfect stay. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was sparkling clean. The location was perfect and the food was delicious. What more could we ask for? Thank you for everything.

Cleanliness, especially during rains, with ants, mosquitos. Better care can be undertaken.

Excellent views from top floor cafe as well as the room balconies. Staff were exceptional be it the restaurant or service. Rooms were clean and tidy.

It almost good experience, We stayed outside of hotel maximum time. Breakfast was good.

Food

The hotel was very good with a bunch of cordial and professional staff. I liked it on overall basis.

Proper signboard for reaching to Hotel is not found. The phone no mentioned on booking confirmation is of Helpdesk and not of the hotel. Localities are also not much aware about this hotel which led to difficulty in reaching hotel. At least a direct phone no of hotel should have been given.
