This was my 2nd time here and I never get disappointed, the rooms are clean and spacious, every amenities are mentioned either verbally or inside the rooms. Staff are helping and quick to respond. Overall best experience.

One of amenities was missing and TV was not working due to no battery in the remote

The double deluxe room is excellent value for money. Location of hotel is excellent if youre looking for staying in CHikmagalur town.

The breakfast was a coupon based system in the restaurant downstairs. It was ok. The server took your order and served you. but if you wanted seconds or an extra cup of coffee, it wasnt possible. That is different from what I expected - typical buffet breakfast.

Location and Spacious Rooms

Hi, We stayed at the hotel for two nights in January 2025. The location is great, right in the city centre. Parking is limited if the hotel is full. The room was clean, spacious, and airy, but the washroom light in Room 102 wasn’t working properly. Breakfast is outsourced to a third-party restaurant with limited options (2 dishes and 1 drink per person). There was no room service for tea, coffee, or meals, which was disappointing, especially for families with kids or elders. Overall, a decent stay with some service limitations.
