"Never again!!!"

The hotel does not follow the contract and request a prepayment. As that was not possible, based on problems out of my responsibility, they canceled my reservation without information to booking.com. They did ignore that my reservation was stil confirmed by booking.com at the time of check in!! They only accept Indian credit cards, therefor a payment in cash is required

"Overall a good stay"

Excellent staff Informative staff

Bathroom entrance is nearly one feet above room floor. Slippery floor can be dangerous and not safe Bathroom door lock too is tough. Pls start only veg restaurant. Add morning bed Coffee/ tea

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
