Spacious with amazing view of harbour

Gorgeous location

A little difficult transition from Portobello road to the driveway and back.

Great location on the peninsula with a nice view towards Dunedin town. Great kitchen/diner area. Lounge was dated/quirky but comfortable. Nice bed linen and comfortable beds. Great facilities and WiFi.

Bathroom with pink hot tub bath was a bit weird. Bins were full outside so difficult for us to recycle etc

Clean and tidy, all amenities provided.

Not easy for people who cannot manage multiple levels in the home.

too many internal stairs

The view of the harbour was excellent and the piano was a hit for our 2 year old.

The angled windows in the upper two bedrooms could use heavy blinds/curtains to help block out the early morning sun. We learned quickly to avoid leaving before 9am with the quick oncoming traffic coming around the blind corner. We were a bit disappointed that the fire pit has been removed from the back porch.

This house was like nothing else. Such quirky styling but that’s my thing anyway. Really comfortable and clean with everything you need. The view is incredible and you can see the harbour from every window in the house.

The beds aren’t very comfortable.
