Outdoor lighting would be great especially near door to go in.

Bed in bedroom with ensuite was a little soft for one guest who had to make other arrangements, driveway a doozy but got used to it

The upstairs bathroom didn’t have anywhere to put toiletries. It could benefit from a slim side table along the wall.

Lovely location quiet a few stairs to manage but worked it out with my 87 yr old mum beautiful sunsets beds really comfy.

The host did not send us the check in details, making us have to find other places to stay in the middle of the night.

This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more.

Love the location, vistas, cleanliness, comfort, etc Perfect for our needs!

Beautiful views, fantastic home. It was very clean, very comfortable, very quiet. If I'm ever back in New Zealand and visiting Dunedin, this would be my first pick for accommodation.
