"Promised shuttle but didn’t send it"

Before I booked this reservation, I called the hotel to verify shuttle schedule. The receptionist told me to call when we have our luggage and she’d send the shuttle. But once we arrived we were told it would be a 2 hour wait! I would not have booked if told this ahead of time. We took an uber since we were exhausted. Also the receptionist was not at her desk upon checking in. Waited 5 minutes. Another gentleman who was also waiting, called out Yoo-hoo. Finally a lady popped out from behind the wall and helped us. Poorest reception attitude I’ve ever experienced from any hotel during our entire stay. Will not book again.
