O hotel é muito confortável e limpo. No entanto, recomendo a quem se hospedar pedir um recibo ao fazer checkout. Saí do hotel dia 26/03/3036 e, até o momento, não foi devolvido o valor do depósito de segurança.

Dor de cabeça para reaver o valor do depósito de segurança. Os funcionários, no geral, não foram prestativos. Liguei três vezes ao hotel quando estava nos EUA, mandei e-mal e contactei a booking. Ainda estou aguardando o reembolso.

The front desk attendant (I believe her name was Maggie) really made our stay. From my first interaction—calling to request a shuttle from the airport—she was welcoming and helpful, even though she was working alone and handling a high volume of guests and calls. She was incredibly kind, and because of her service I would definitely stay here again. That said, the room could use more attention from the cleaning staff. There were stains on the bedding, hair in the shower stall, and the wall near the bathroom trash can had splashes that looked like they hadn’t been wiped down. These all seemed like items that could have been addressed with a more thorough cleaning. Breakfast was sufficient. We stayed one night before a cruise, and while it wasn’t anything special, we were able to grab fruit, a pastry, and coffee to hold us over. Overall, the customer service made the stay—my main suggestion would be improved attention to detail with housekeeping

Hotel novo com café da manhã incluso, o que é raro nos EUA. Próximo ao aeroporto. Possui estacionamento e funcionários atenciosos. Possui uma lojinha na recepção e máquina de café a vontade.

Quarto é pequeno, mas muito confortável, tudo novo e muito limpo, apesar de ser do lado do aeroporto o barulho dos aviões não incomodam, pois é quase imperceptível.

Nothing. The hotel canceled our room after we booked it 3 months earlier. They also canceled your friend's room. Her flight was canceled and was rebooked. Gonna in after 6:30am. Her room was gone. She called when the flight was delayed and they said no problem. Then they charged here 881.00 for one night when here original booking was 660.00 for 2 nights. This a crooked hotel. Do not book with them

We enjoyed the pool and free breakfast

There wasn’t much parking and 18 wheel trucks were taking up 4-5 parking spaces at a time
