Rundown and smelled really bad like musty mood

This property was rather dirty overall. The heater didn’t work. We entered the room and it smelled like mildew in the room and on the bed. The water pressure was poor in the shower as well and was difficult to work (hard to pull out). There were some amenities (a couple towels, washcloths, and soap/shampoo and conditioner) but there were also 2 small packets of marmalade there which we didn’t bring in. Although the price was reasonable, the place could use some work in fixing some of the amenities and fixing some of the walls, and it should not smell like mildew in the room.

there was NO pool.. no microwave .. there was ants on the sink, the mattress was so uncomfortable the fridge was not plugged in the AC was off when we arrived- and we asked for an extra pillow for my friend with disabilities and was literally told "NO". horrible experience to say the least. need refund asap

This rang true to you get what you pay for. This place looks so broken down and dated. Vuildings look like they should be condemned Check in guy was nice enough, quirky

Chose this location for a last miniute solo trip as I had stayed here before. This property is older and is still under renovation. If all you need is a bed and shower after a long hike, this will do. Bring toiletries. There are no dining/pool facilities onsite, but dining is close. Close to hiking trails. Quiet.

Great stay, will come back

This is my second time using this location. It is, at the time of this review, still under renovation. But if you need a bed and shower and are a solo traveler, this works. It's close to the hiking areas in Delaware Water Gap as well as dining. Bring generous toiletries as you will need them. The prices for this location are budget friendly at this time, though I expect that to change once they become fully operational.

The location is a little older, so it does have that ‘old building’ charm. The king room was spacious, clean, the area is nice and quiet, and the surrounding nature is quite lovely. The proprietor is very friendly and accommodating. The price was very affordable! Definitely worth checking out this spot if you’re driving through the area.

It was okay for the price. It’s a motel and the pool and hot tub are closed. The property is aging and doors were hard to open and close. Also they only providing one towel for 2 people for two nights.
