"Relaxing elegant stay"

John at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Jackie at the bar was also so kind and welcoming. This is my favorite place to stay in Ft Wayne. It’s elegant and clean, super Peaceful and relaxing :)

What a wonderful boutique hotel. In a great area, The Landing. The hotel was decorated beautifully. The restaurants were all quite good as was the roof top bar/restaurant, Birdie's. I had a standard King Room. very spacious, pristine clean, comfortable bed. Good walk-In shower with nice toiletries. Here on business and I filled out my business trip assessment for my company and left recommendations for anyone travelling to Ft Wayne to only stay here.

"Very Nice Stay, Very Nice Hotel, Terrible Automated Front Desk Phone System."

The Hotel Room, Building and Rooftop Bar was All Very Nice. The Front Desk Failed to Email Me a Receipt So I Have Been Struggling to Talk to A Live Human. Their Automated Messaging Isn't Set Up for Retrieving a Receipt.

"A Gem in Downtown Fort Wayne"

This is a fantastic hotel. We only stayed one night but wished we had another night. The decor from the front desk to our room was so warm and welcoming. The staff were very kind and professional. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous. If we have another event in the Fort Way area we will definitely stay at The Bradley.
