The Bradley

Hotel was clean and pretty.Rooms and bathroom was nicely decorated. Food and beverage experience was pleasant and staff was friendly with good service.

Unique place, clean rooms good service and good location. Reccomend!

The bed was very comfortable, and the valet service was easy to use. The staff was capable, and our stay went without incident. The facility was clean, beautiful and comfortable.

The staff was stiff, but capable. The room was comfortable, but small and not really worth the amount paid. There was paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. I would stay here again if the prices were lowered.

We stayed while on a trip driving through Fort Wayne and it was the perfect place to rest and reset! All of the staff were lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, both the rooftop bar and restaurant downstairs were fantastic. We will happily stay again!

The room was very spacious. It is a well thought out design. Luxury at a decent price. Breakfast is not included but I enjoyed a nice coffee each morning from the breakfast bar. The room is equipped with a keurig though. The room also has a hidden mini fridge. On Sunday we had brunch at the restaurant and I loved the whole decor and vibe. The food was very good too and again, the coffee was delicious! While browsing the snack area one night I noticed a little section of Vera Bradley bags for sale, I made a purchase! My only complaint would be to add a few more items to sell as I know I would have bought a few gifts from there!

The hair dryer in the room could be more powerful. I would love it there was a boutique with Vera Bradley items for sale. Perhaps, her bag selection and towels and anything else she has.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room and facilities were luxurious and welcoming. Piano bar and restaurant on ground floor Rooftop open air and enclosed bar/bistro on top. The beds, linens, robes and bathroom were luxe. The location is excellent, adjacent to a hip and bustling restaurant and shopping area that also felt very safe. With all that said, the highest marks go to the staff who went above and beyond. We felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. Whenever I am in the Fort Wayne area again I will only stay at The Bradley.
