The room is nice but a bit smaller than expectation.

The staff mixed up my booking with other and charge me again though i had already paid before the stay. But when she realize the mistake, she did refund me though it took few days to complete the refund. She also compliment us free drink due to the inconvenience.

"Comfy beds, spacious rooms, great pool, friendly staff, close to everything"

The staff are super friendly, the rooms are always so clean and beds are super comfy. This is probably my 5th time staying at the Dorsett. It’s my favourite place to stay in when I’m in the Gold Coast. I like how close it is to shops, restaurants and the beach. The pool is also stunning and heated. Will of course definitely stay here again.
