Very accomodating staff, views from the room was great, less than 10 min walking distance to pacific fair. Close to restaurants as well. Clean and well amenities.

The gym isn’t inside the actual hotel, you have to walk into the star which wasn’t too convenient. Carpark was also confusing

Breakfast choices were good, although long wait for barista coffee. Room was well appointed.Easy checkin and good clear information sent prior to booking about parking and how to access.

Room was not so spacious. I guess you get what you pay for and we were there a night, however also stayed at Meriton which has a heated lap pool, and more spacious rooms for the same price and cheaper parking.

"Quite luxury & very convenient."

Great location to Convention centre & loved the covered walkway to stay out of rain & traffic.

We were on a BLind & Curtains Expo, your sheer fabric was pulled in many places so looks tatty. Otherwise it was a lovely interior throughout.
