There was some confusion over which room we had booked on arrival, which was sorted quickly with the owners, but was not a great start. Room service was at best chaotic, but otherwise the room was clean, breakfast was fine and the bed was comfortable.

Good location, around 5-10 minutes' walk from the seafront, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delivered by hamper to the room. Very comfortable bed and slept very well. Everything we needed in the room, and loved the Bramley products in the bathroom.

We didn't actually see the owner of manager while we were there -communication was via text and the hamper just appeared outside our room. A little impersonal. The breakfasts were fine but lacked variety.
