Easy access and close to sea and shops

Location. Verandah. Breakfast was limited but delivered promptly to our room in a hamper

The impersonal touch. And the outside areas were not clean

Great location in the centre of town, close to everything. Lovely old house with breakfast delivered to your door. We really enjoyed our stay,

The room can be a little noisy if you have people staying above you.

Breakfast was superb with brilliant presentation. The room was wonderful, the bed very comfortable.

The room was warm beautiful decorated and spacious. It was useful having a dining area and loved not having to go into a shared guest space for breakfast

The bathroom was not easy with the shower being inside the bath everything got splashed so decided to have baths but bath very deep and difficult to climb out of Looked beautiful but not very practical There is no lift either to the 2nd floor

We loved the breakfast hampers. I absolutely did not want to have to get up early and go down to breakfast while on our first child-free weekend in a couple of years... so this was absolutely brilliant! We got to stay in our pjs and enjoy breakfast at the civilised hour of 8:30am! We had a lovely bright room. Everything was spotlessly clean. The shower was amaaazing. The only thing I didnt like was the bed was too squishy for me but that's a personal preference. I loved that they had the nice cold filtered water in the kitchen downstairs, that was great for filling my water each morning before going out.

It would have been great to be able to request toast be added to the hamper rather than going down to get it, but it was no bother really.
