観光地に近く便利な場所である。 部屋は新しく清潔であった。

夕食のサービスがなかった。 朝食の品数が少なかった。

眺めが良かったこと。

駅から少し歩く。 部屋に電話がなかったので、すぐ質問ができない。

Really worth the stay! The room was clean and looks even better from pictures. Check in & check out process are easy, no hassle at all. Plus point is you can always store your luggage before check in or after check out Location wise is good too, consider at the centre point where it’s just a 10 mins walk to the Nara Deer Park and main shopping district

Un petit peu surpris par une odeur pas très agréable dans la salle de bain. Pas de possibilité de commander un verre entre 17 et 18h, alors que de la terrasse de l’hôtel, la vue est sublime donc ça aurait pu être sympa.

Nice hotel following the ‘aesthetic’ trend where everything is in the right place and good for instagram. My room was very specious and had a very nice view.

The hotel is a little bit far from the train station so be mindful if you have many luggage. They have combined machines for washing and drying, so a cycle could last long and with only 2 machines it’s nearly impossible to find one available. If you want a Japanese breakfast be mindful to tell them in advance because for foreigners they give you only western breakfast and you cannot change it for the day after. After being used to the Japanese hospitality standards some of the staff can be underwhelming and underperforming. Sometimes they lacked professionalism due to their young age. For example I needed to send my luggage with the Yamato service so I went in the evening to the front desk to do the procedure with the staff. The lady at the front desk told me that it was ok and that I would be charged on the room during check out. I told her I didn’t have any cash and if I needed to go withdraw some. She told me card was ok. The following day during checkout they told me I hadn’t nothing to pay. When I asked about my luggage no one could find it and they didn’t know I had to pay for the service. They then found my luggage and told me that I needed to pay in cash.

清潔で部屋も広く、お風呂もトイレと別になっておりよかったです。 猿沢池からも近く、また隣のホテルにはシェアサイクルのポートがあるので 移動が非常に楽でした。 朝食なしのプランでしたが、次はついているプランにしようかと思います。 （朝食はありのプランでしか食べることができません）

部屋の中にノートパソコンを広げられる机があったらよかったです。 とはいえ、写真で確認済みなので大きな不満ではありません。 1Fのカフェをラウンジ利用できます。
