●鹿がいつでも見れるロケーションが良い。 ●チェックインは機械で対応できるのが良くスムーズ。 (レシートに食事券が一緒に出るので紛失しないように) ●販売もあり、くるみの木が好きな方にはおすすめの宿。 ●宿泊者にはカフェで飲食が１０%オフになる。 ●朝食が美味しかった！ヤマトポークもおすすめ。

●アメニティーにメイク落としなどコスメセットが無いので、窓口へ申し込むと提供してくれたら嬉しい。 (無い人はコンビニまで徒歩６分くらいかかる) ●コップや浴室は床や隅々の汚れが気になる。

部屋のお風呂とトイレが別れていた 一階のカフェからの眺めがよく、しかもいた

ちょっと部屋が狭かった

The location was excellent for the temples, shops and trains and yet peaceful. The view over the lake with deer walking on the road was very special. Even by high Japanese standards the staff at the hotel were extremely polite and helpful. We very much appreciated the free snacks at tea time.

The breakfasts were not sufficiently varied which is fine for one night but we spent 4 nights and found them very boring. The hotel should consider having buffet style breakfasts.

価格相応なのでなんともいえないが空調が良くなかった あと、部屋からの眺めは素晴らしいが明るすぎて朝早くから目覚めてしまう点

カフェも利用したが、人によっては対応が冷たく感じるところもあった

I love this hotel. It just has great energy. The staff were so nice. We stayed in the Mountain View room for 4 and although we were nervous about having 4 of us altogether in one room, (we usually try to get at least 2 rooms), the place was so comfortable and light and airy, it didn’t matter. Everyone has a place to put their bag and we LOVED watching the deer gather on the hill at dusk. We could just sit at the window and watch them all day. The room also would have had an amazing view of the pagoda but it was under construction so it was covered which was SO sad for me. But the deer made up for it. It was also convenient to everything!

Not a thing. Loved it.
