Poor cleanliness. Dirty towel left from previous guest. Pest control greatly needed. Bugs in bed ( not bed bugs). Breakfast simple and met expectations.

I stay at the avid hotel in Hayes one day a month in my travels around Kansas and it is my favorite place to stay. Quiet, clean and great breakfast.

"IHG could do better"

Rooms are boring and inviting. Please take my 150.00 and use it to buy new pillows. They suck. It was noisy between the wall unit and the hall noise. The place was clean overall. The breakfast staff was helpful and the coffee was good.
