Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Easy access to transport, even if the roads are clogged! Cafes and restaurants around.

Great stay. Terrific room looking at mountains. Far enough out of Queenstown to be quiet but still close to shops. Great parking space kindly arranged by staff. Very welcoming staff.

No desk service after hours.

Great location for seeing Milford Sound and Queenstown

Everything was awesome. The only thing was the tv reception at night

Carpet not vacuumed, dust in some areas e.g. Telephone, and tables.

Lovely accommodation. Management arranged a parking spot for my husband. Room was great. A little out of Queenstown so nice and quiet. Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you to mark the manager and his staff. Self contained to cook breakfast and nice coffee machine. Only one glitch. The hot water spiked to scalding and then cold. Hopefully once that is sorted it will be perfect. Great view of the mountains

Nicely kept place. Really happy to have a washer dryer in the room we stayed in. It was half way into our trip and was a perfect opportunity to wash some clothes without having to go to a laundromat and spend time doing that instead of other things.

Quiet area near airport, great alternative to busy queenstown. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby.
