This property is in Queenstown, close to the airport but a 20 minute drive to downtown Queenstown. There are shops and restaurants nearby, but the environment is a bit sterile. On the positive side, if you get a west facing room you get to see the several hundred bunnies grazing in the grass near the local high school. The room is laid out like a small apartment, with a cook top and dishwasher. The killer appliance though is the washer/dryer in the room! This is a God-send when you are on the road for days. the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful comfortable spacious room. Right in front of The Remarkables. Easy drive into town or airport. Helpful welcoming staff.

Nice and quiet and clean. It’s very close to public transport and remarkable shopping centre including New World. We have everything we need here.

Quest was clean and the staff was friendly and reactive when I lost both of my keys on Christmas Day. Ugh, could've been a nightmare, but I was back in my room within 5 minutes of calling the help line. Beautiful view of the Remarkable Mts and walking distance to grocery, shopping and restaurants. I walked to the hotel from the airport-maybe 15 or 20 minutes mostly flat and got a feel for the area. Convenient from the airport, but fairly far from downtown. I tried to follow Google Maps walking directions for little hikes, but there are a lot of construction fences around and I couldn't get very far. I ended up taking the bus to town and loved my time in Queenstown. I recommend a short walk from the hotel to Monkee's Asian Fusion for at least one of your meals.
