Loved the apartment. Really clean and lots of space. Pool area was clean and not busy. The breakfast set up needs looking at - having a buffet style would help with congestion and time to receive food. But can't fault the staff. All really friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel with the most helpful staff. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Clean and smells amazing too. Would recommend to everyone. Situated so close to the centre too

Cold shower, requested quiet room, placed by lift on a lower floor. Noisy outside. QR code booking service for breakfast not working. Front desk not proactive!

Our stay was uniquely wonderful! Nothing, and I mean nothing could be faulted. Right from the reception to the state/condition of the room, to the amenities in and outside the room was just spectacular. The receptionist(s) were receptive and very helpful and patient in dealing with every of our queries. All the amenities the hotel provided made our stay pleasant and lovely (without ha having to break the bank).

I was pleasantly surprised at this accommodation. We chose two bedroom apartment and it was certainly like staying in a 4/6 star hotel in terms of the standard of the room, decor, cleanliness and comfort. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen/dining are has everything you need including a washing machine and dishwasher (we only stayed a night so didn’t need them but it would be perfect for a long weekend or bigger family booking). The swimming pool and sauna facilities are stunning. It looks like a brand new or recent development so everything is so clean and modern. The check in staff are the only people we encountered but they were really friendly and helpful. A lovely stay overall
