First time staying at the studio apartment and really enjoyed the stay, had everything you needed. I really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Friendly staff and helpful The breakfast was excellent and very well presented.

Hotel is in a great location for the city. Very clean & the suites have everything you could want. Lovely thick fluffy towels in room & nice products. The only place the hotel falls down is breakfast - the servers are lovely but the operation of getting orders out to guests is incredibly slow & at times chaotic - there were plates of food stacking up at the kitchen bypass with no servers taking the food out. One person was stacking plates…the kitchen area definitely needs addressing as this seems to be a common pattern with prior reviews. Despite this, I would still recommend & stay here in the future as room was great!

Excellent location and room had everything you needed even a ghd hairdryer. The pillows are very thin so if you like a higher pillow ask for them. Wouldn’t bother booking breakfast it took an hour for drinks to come and longer for the actual breakfast. It was busy though with it being a Sunday and 10 o clock. Didn’t use the pool or gym. Parked in the q park across the road and the ticket was discounted. Great location to all the shops and bars. The doors also need to be soft closing to all rooms.

Hotel manager refused us a refund or to even change to a cheaper date as my partner could not even stay for the full stay as he had a new job. Not only that the recwptionost did not seem to care about our air conditioning not even working. So had to sleep in 25 degree heat. I managed tk find the correct app for the air conditioning that there was 'no instructions' for in the room and said the filter needed cleaning and was also 3 versions out of date so i had to update before even being ablw to find out what was wrong with it. So all in all slightly neglected and poor management not letting us change dates for a more delightful stay 3-4 months in advance.
