Great place to stay close to many Things. Front desk was very helpful

Second stay at CitySuites - room once again well stocked with everything I needed (appreciated the GHD hairdryer). All items were in working condition and to a high standard of cleanliness Location is good with plenty of shopping and dining options on the doorstep along with easy access to tram stop

Good location and very clean. Nice option of pool. Studio had all that you would need in terms of kitchen equipment Only issue was TV screen stopped working and was not fixed during stay (and lack of communication on this)

I have stayed in many 5* facilities across the uk and this is definitely not one of them in terms of service. Attitude of staff was a disgrace, asked for an additional blanket, was told there would be a charge of £15….then it never arrived. Every little thing in the hotel incurred an extra charge, breakfast was terrible. When you pay for breakfast in your package you expect a decent breakfast, not a constant of chorus of ‘that’s extra’. The room was just ok, sofa was stained and floor boards were loose and are a serious accident waiting to happen. At a 5* facility you expect an accommodating service from staff who cannot do enough to ensure your comfort and happiness. The pettiness of the service at CitySuites has shocked me. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this place it is far from 5*. I wouldn’t even class it as 3*

Brilliant accommodation! Fantastic service. A very good restaurant; though I shouldn’t have to leave my building for the restaurant. The parking garage wasn’t bad but it was difficult to find a parking spot but the staff service was really helpful and nice. Overall our stay was very great. Thank you. We hope to be back!

Truly lovely hotel. Pool is amazing. Very convenient location for shopping. The only drawbacks were the extreme firmness of the bed and the really noisy elevator announcements that go on all night. I had ear plugs so wasn’t overly bothered by the latter. Kitchen is very well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer and the coffee machine is a lovely luxury.

One bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. All the devices and appliances worked well. Choice of breakfast was excellent and plenty. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel to bustling shopping centre was 5 mins walking distance. Car park not cheap!

Great staff all round at check in and checkout and breakfast was very good. A bit disappointed with the shower head, which came off during a shower and could have hurt someone. However the response was prompt and it was fixed with a sincere apology. I love staying here and will def stay here again.

Very comfortable, clean, spacious & convenient for the AO Arena. It was so nice to be able to have the spa facilities, made it a luxurious stay.

My floor lighting was not working and the front door wouldnt close properly. I reported down to reception and spoke to the girl on the reception desk. I never got any apology and she said she would get maintainence to look at it but didnt!
