Fantastic 2 night stay. Location is perfect, hotel and staff superb. Room was faultless. Breakfast was great. Even managed to have a swim and use the steam room .

Overall stay was okay, room was a bit tired in places marks on floor etc. Intercom was not working during stay so was unable to get through to reception unless we used our own phone to contact them and even though we were sometimes unable to get through. Lady working on reception/check in was very rude and dismissive. Lacking in customer service skills which really impacted on our stay.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. I paid online in full with AMEX. The hotels asks you to bring “The card you booked with and Photo ID” for checkin. When I arrived I was told that they don’t take AMEX and I couldn’t be checked in. I waited 36 minutes and had to argue quite strongly with the desk clerk who refused get a manager. They said I would not be able to stay (despite having paid in full) Another guest offered to use their card but they refused. The experience was embarrassing, unprofessional and the hotel error was made my problem. The team were unprofessional and rude and had no intention fixing the issue. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

High levels of cleanliness. Very comfortable. Excellent facilities.

Lovely rooms and breakfast was so nice, definitely recommend as only a five minute walk from the city centre

My stay at the property was lovely, a great spa pool, it close to lovely shopping centres.

The service was very poor; no one assisted with the luggage. Even during checkout, they refused to store our luggage.
