Hotel Casa Maraf - Isla Mujeres

Staff was very nice and place was clean and in a great location.

Location was great. Close to coffee shop/breakfast, all restaurants and to beach. Room was clean and enough space. We were greeted with a smile at the front desk and check in process was simple. Doors to rooms are very thin. It would be nice if sliding glass doors open to outside sitting area.

The staff was very helpful and Kind. I inadvertently booked a very basic interior room and was offered one with a balcony (at an additional charge) without any problems. Its location and price was what interested me the most. Rooms are basic and clean.

When you flushed the toilet the waist comes up in the shiwe drain The water from showe was not draining The night stand on either side has no lamps The rain falls 2 days in row the the room was drenched with water 8f you are 5feet 10 inches watch your head as you climb the stairs to get to the 2nd and 3rd floor no elevator Yes their is TV in the room 30 channels but none in english The bathroom can fit a 5 year old child 8n their If you are 6ft good luck using the toilet

Great service from the staffs. Room was clean. Recommend a place stay while in Cacun.
