Quarto está bem arrumado quando chegamos, cama confortável.

Atendimento da recepção poderia melhorar, faltou profissionalismo. Café da manhã é servido no buffet do Graal, super fraco. Frutas estavam com moscas. Área de itens quentes estavam todos frios.
