Ryuo Mountain Hotel

NOTHING. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. IT is extremely dirty and moldy, and the food is below anything I have ever been served. Absolute slop. It is a camp for high school kids. Do not expect any cleanliness or quality of food or service. We left early and were not offered a reimbursement. There are not alternative restaurants and you are a prisoner in the hotel at night. We were forced to eat instant noodles instead of eating the horrible slop they offered. The rental equipment is wet and at least 20 years old. The bindings broke just by putting them on.

Here is what my 10 year old daughter wrote throughout our stay. One star My stay here was horrible, first when I walked in the ceiling was all ripped apart. Second the room was very small and the slippers were very uncomfortable. Also, the food was disgusting. The meat tasted like it had been in the fridge for a week. Also, the dessert was frozen. Then when I went to the arcade, two machines were broken and the gumballs and the gumball dispenser were full of dust. This is advertise as a normal hotel, but it is mainly for high school students and unsuitable for families. Another thing is that the light switch in our room was broken. Also, the photos on the listing are completely inaccurate. In the room, the bedsheets had many stains on them and the blanket full of dust. Also, there was no hot water and they also turned off the heating on the toilet seat. At breakfast, the sausages tasted like they had been mashed up, and the pasta was not cooked enough, and the coffee was bland probably instant also the juice was very blend and it tasted like chemicals and the Jell-O tasted like soap. There was also grease dripping down our door. another thing is that even if the ski hill is closed, you still have to walk up the hill to get there. The hot spring was OK but the water lasted 5 seconds and the water was either too hot or too cold. Also, there were stink bugs all over the place. In the basement the walls and ceiling had mold all over it.

The staff were friendly and helpful as best they could be.

The property is severely run down and in need of a make over. The photos used are deceiving, and even include pictures of a lounge area at another nearby business rather than the hotel. It also is not clear in booking the stay that there is no access in or out of the property during your stay - except via the ski lifts (if you’ve paid to use them and only in their opening hours).

ホテルは家族向けではないです。完全合宿です。

スタッフが良い！食堂の古さやビュッフェを取る列は修学旅行！という感じですが、お料理自体は種類も多く美味しかったです。これで文句言う人はもっとお金を出して他のところに泊まるべき。 ホテルでレンタルスキーがある(格安)。特に滑走後そのまま返して部屋に行けるのはかなりありがたい。

施設は古く、宿泊以外のところはちょっと行き届いてないところもあります。(特に大浴場のフロアは湿気のせいか壁紙がめくれたり薄暗かったり､､､)潔癖な人にはおすすめできないけど、あまり気にしない人なら大丈夫。部屋のトイレは便座が冷たい。冷蔵庫がない(窓際に置いておけばok)リフト券を取りに一旦下まで行かなければならない。

滑れるポイントまで徒歩5分と便利 部屋は狭く最低限（冷蔵庫はない）だが清潔で暖房も効くテレビも問題ない スタッフの対応は良くお風呂のバスタオルは毎回新しいものを貰える

食事の部屋は寒くダウンなどが必須 なんの説明もないがビュッフェは並んで一度きりしか料理を取れないしくみ せめて米、味噌汁、トースターは別のブースに置くべき ポテトは冷たかった　スタッフは頑張っていた 廊下や階段はほこり、剥がれたカーペットが目についた 場所により下水？の匂いがした

Confort sommaire pour le prix. Hôtel vieillissant, beaucoup de choses délabrées. Très mauvaise isolation, restaurant et parties communes très froides. Nourriture peu variée, quasi les mêmes repas servis matin et soir. Pas de service de navette pour descendre au centre station et faire autre chose que skier.

場所が悪い。 確かに竜王スキーパーク内ではあるが、雪上車に乗らないとホテルに行けない。初めてスノーボードをする子供達と一緒だったので、マウンテンホテルからメインのインフォメーションへ行くことが難しく、リフト券購入を断念。マウンテンホテルのレンタルも回転が悪く、レンタル出来るまでに1時間以上待つ。サイズも合わない。物も古い。 帰りも雪上車の出発時間は予約制でしたが、かなりの待ち時間で、予約する意味がわかりませんでした。
