"値段が安いのには理由がある"

スキー板等のレンタル料金が安い 日本人スタッフの対応がよかった (送迎やレンタルについてスムーズに柔軟に案内していただけた) 行きの送迎の際に対応していただいた外国人スタッフの対応が素早くてよかった

外国人スタッフ(食堂)の接客態度が悪い (何かを聞いても日本語がわからないと対応もせず、日本語のわかるスタッフを呼ぶ等もしない)

"A stay with a view that needs a little love..."

The staff and the location on bottom of the slopes were absolutely superb. The staff is super helpful and kind.

The hotel needs some TLC. It would be good to keep the hotel at exact same spot but completely refurbish and renovate it, so it aligns with superb staff and location. Renovation and maintain the traditional and modern rooms for choice.
