How simple and easy the layout was for our group. Great breakfast, rooms together with easy access to elevators. I liked how the pool was just off the elevators. The staff was so accommodating to us. Especially with young children.

The hotel was clean, bright, inviting safe and extremely comfortable. The coffee in the morning was hot, fresh and the station was clean and well appointed.

The front desk staff upon check in and check out were not very friendly. I called the front desk in the evening to report the ice machine was not working and she could not have been more disinterested. I don't expect to be fawned over, but a "how was your stay?" would have been appreciated from the desk clerk at check out.
