From the moment I walked through the door until I checked out 3 days later, I had a near-perfect experience! The staff, especially Youstina, were professional, knowledgeable and kind; the facilities were clean and wonderfully decorated for the holidays; and the complimentary breakfast was fresh & yummy. All of this, plus a reasonable price and a convenient location. Wow! Two thumbs up. 👍👍

Honestly, I can not think of a single thing that would have made my stay any better. The manager, Savio, was immediately available to rectify a snafu that was Booking.com's fault, not the hotel's. He assured me that all would be well ... and it was!
