Location, size, well stocked for self catering

Mattress on the bed in the double room is incredibly soft and needs replacing

The Maltings is the perfect location to explore Crail and the East Neuk of Fife! Comfortable apartment, spacious, clean and well equipped. We loved the Clothes Horse hanging drying rack. Check-in was easy and our host was quick to reply to any questions. We loved having Crail harbour and village just a short few steps out the door.

The double bed mattress was virtullay unusable. A long way past its sell by date. Asking the guest to remove their rubbish is unreasonable ps you might have damp problems in the ceiling of of one bedroom

Great location and lovely accommodation

There was nowhere to put our rubbish so had to go to the dump in pittenweem.

Just minutes away from the harbour and beach walk.

Really lovely apartment well equipped and clean. Location great. Wouldn’t suit anyone who can’t walk up steps but otherwise excellent.

Nothing

Comfortable, nicely decorated home from home. Crail is a sweet village in easy reach of St Andrews, great for visiting our daughter who is a student there.

The double bed could be a bit more comfy, but that might just be me!

Great location in the centre of Crail. Super close to beach and shops. Big apartment so plenty of space for 5 of us. Well fitted kitchen.

One of the twin mattresses in the double room was broken so really uncomfortable. The other side was absolute fine so think it just needs replaced. Perhaps not the properties fault but it wasn’t ideal having to take our own rubbish away - thankfully we had friends at a nearby property who let us use their bin because it would have been unpleasant driving back to Glasgow with the smell of a bin bag!
