"Substandard Hilton hotel."

The rooms were very spacious and facilities were fairly new.

The hotel structure had an elevator away from the front check in which was not as easy to navigate. The furniture in the room was cheap and substandard. Small thin queen mattress in bedroom and-small, narrow couch in living room. No body lotion. I requested it twice. I asked for a thicker quilt blanket and then they sent up a mattress pad cover. Kitchen staff eating at food bar while items need replenished. Spoke to the manager after telling the front desk staff and getting nowhere. Even bags of garbage were left in hallways next to garbages.
