We have stayed at several of the Home2Suites and like the others, the rooms were clean, fairly spacious with full size fridge and quiet. And…like the others, my biggest complaint is breakfast. This chain always seems to have not enough seating, the bar where they put the food is always too small and cramped and the food is sub-par. But…overall it’s an “8” - which is why we chose it when the price and location are right.

Staff was polite and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with items one would expect.

Breakfast food tasted pretty bad. Coffee was not so good. Stood for a 5 or more minutes waiting for food to get restocked. One of the worst breakfasts at a hotel I have ever had. Silverware and dishes were not well stocked, so I had to look around in the different drawers to find some. The parking lot seemed as though it was not safe as there were signs posted everywhere indicating there was a high possibility that cars were going to get broken into.

Room and building are in great condition and very clean inside. Staff very friendly and efficient. I was looking forward to a great breakfast to start my two day vacation but the food was horrible and only decaf coffee was available on first morning. Caffeinated coffee was available on the second morning. I would rather go to McDonald’s for breakfast. The Canadian bacon on morning two had the taste and texture of a bicycle inner tube.

The location was good. Only 12 minutes from my daughter. I come every year and the Home 2 Suites was very nice. Everyone was friendly. The rooms were wonderful (had a kitchen, which we used), What I didn't like was the rooms did NOT have safes in them, so I told the front manager to pass it on to her boss. Also, the bathrooms in the lobby did NOT have toilet seat covers, which are very sanitary. The two young men, Spenser and Ken who ran the breakfast were wonderful. Spenser made sure my husband and I had hot Decaf in the morning when we came down for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. I would most likely stay there again (if they have safes in the room).

We enjoyed our stay here for 1 night. The view of the hot air balloons and mountains from our room was amazing. The pool was fun for the family. Our only gripes was the uncomfortable day bed for our young children, and the breakfast was pretty poor. The pre frozen sausage and egg patties were rubbery and cold straight out of the warmers. Definitely a cramped space for serving a full breakfast bar. The cook was doing his best with what he had to work with.

Clean and nice.

Good location, nice hotel, clean room. Ample parking. Some EV parking spots if you have one which was nice.

Breakfast was pretty awful. Small selection, missing items. Go elsewhere for breaky.
