O Hotel tem um belo espaço, amplo com bastante coisa para fazer e opções de lazer.

Atendimento péssimo, nenhum funcionário é prestativo ou oferece ajuda zero proatividade. Ar condicionado barulhento. Banheiro com bastante mofo, acho que nunca usaram cloro para limpar. Tive o desprazer de um funcionário entrar no meu quarto sem querer e isso é inadmissível, sendo que estava avisando na porta que "NAO PERTUBE" Deixei solicitado serviço de quarto e fiquei mais de 8hrs ausente no hotel e não foi feito. Pra solicitar uma água tive que ligar e mandar msg por mais de 2 vezes. Para fechar me cobraram uma taxa no final de quase 70% de taxa de serviços onde vi e solicitei a retirada. Se pensa em descansar e ter uma boa estadia, é melhor procurar outro lugar
