Funcionários excelentes, simpáticos, super prestativos. Comida boa, variada. Festa da virada excelente. Recreação ótima, variada.

O ar condicionado do quarto estava fraco. A toalha de piscina às vezes faltava porque as pessoas não devolviam, levavam para o quarto.

Sobre as voltagens das tomadas, só tinha 220, muito ruim pq não pude usar os eletrônicos que eu levei

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Moises, Julio, Luiz, and the girls all went above and beyond to help with every request. Their warmth, availability, and genuine care truly made the difference and are a real asset to the hotel. That said, the hotel facilities need some TLC. Basic amenities are lacking — functional Wi-Fi in the rooms, air conditioning, and TVs were unreliable or not working properly. The food menu is also very limited, which impacts the overall experience. Considering the price point, I found the return on investment to be low. On the positive side, the kids’ club is excellent and the pool area is great, especially for families. With continued investment and attention to these basic improvements, the hotel has good potential. Wishing the team all the best, and I hope to see these upgrades implemented in the future.

O espaço amplo e a hospitalidade são ótimos!

Apenas uma confusão na reserva da hospedagem .O cartão inserido no booking não foi aceito ( atualizei 3x)e mesmo após o pagamento através do link e envio do comprovante ,no dia seguinte a hospedagem tentou debitar o valor novamente no cartão . Ao chegar as funcionárias foram cordiais , pediram desculpa e tudo certo
